According to Prasetio Edi Marsudi, Chairman of Jakarta DPRD, it was delayed, as the City Administration Budgetary Team (TAPD) has yet to provide a recapitulation of some recommendations in written form desired by Jakarta DPRD's Banggar.

He explained that contents of the recommendations in question are about difference in budget components that change in draft 2017 APBD-P KUPA-PPAS.
"I ask TAPD Head to recapitulate it in written form," he stated.
At the same location, Jakarta DPRD Vice Chairman, Mohamad Taufik added, recapitulation of written responses from SKPD that will be the subject of discussion at the level of council commission.
"If it's nothing, what will be discussed in the commission later," he said.
