1,928 birth certificates were issued from Koja RSUD during January to early August periods. Issuance of birth certificate is a part of integrated service conducted by Koja RSUD.
All of them are recorded directly to civil registration database
North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. Head, Erik Polim Sinurat said, his side will give population service for every baby born in the hospital. Start from ID number (NIK), family card (KK), birth certificate, and children identity card (KIA).
"There are 1,928 birth certificates issued within Koja RSUD service. All of them are recorded directly to civil registration database," he said, Tuesday (8/8).
