Seribu Islands Homestay Owner Asked to Provide Entertainment

Seribu Islands Administration encourages tourism industry actors, especially homestay or inn owners to be innovative to support tourism in their areas.

"I also request homestay owners to be innovative, not only from government," said Ismer Harahap, Vice Regent of Seribu Islands, Tuesday (8/8).

Seribu Islands Administration held orchestra group performance from Spain at Regency Plaza, Pramuka Islands on Monday (8/7) night. The performer collaborated with local hadroh music group.

Seribu Islands Applies Homestay Standardization

"Not only entertaining, this performance can also give music art knowledge to residents. I hope residents can be more creative and innovative," he expressed.

Meanwhile, Eko Setiawan (38), resident of RT 03/05, Panggang Island, admitted happy with the performance. Because the musical performance, especially from foreign group, is really rare in Seribu Islands.

"We are really entertained and it is also free. I hope this can be held routinely at least once a month," he closed.
