City to Certify All Local Assets

Jakarta Provincial Government will soon certify all local assets owned. Thus, in the future, it is expected there will be no more disputes, especially regarding land.

All assets must be certified. This is because, it is our target to certify all assets

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed, all regional working units (SKPD) to soon record assets that have not been certified.

"All assets must be certified. This is because, it is our target to certify all assets," he expressed, during executive meeting, at City Hall, Monday (8/14).

His party is currently certifying land assets at City Hall and National Monument (Monas). It is targeted asset certification at both locations can be completed at the end of this year.

"We appeal every mayor to certify their office space. All must have been proposed by the end of this year," he stated.

He added, it does not rule out also done on land in RPTRAs, parks, urban village offices and sub-district offices. Thus all ownership of the asset is clear to avoid any land dispute case.

"Hopefully it can be proposed this year, that is by coordinating with BPAD," he hoped.
