Almost Collapsed, Illegal Billboard Pole in Tomang Controlled

An illegal billboard's pole standing on Jalan Tomang Raya, Jati Pulo, Palmerah, West Jakarta, Monday (9/11) night was controlled by officers of Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept., Tax and Regional Retribution Services Unit (UPPRD), Satpol PP, Transportation, police and army. 

It is done after getting a report from Palmerah Sub-district head that wants us to torn down the pole due to tilted position and almost collapsed

According to Rompis Romlih, Operational Section Head of West Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-dept. said three teams and equipment were deployed to tear down the pole of billboard.

"It is done after getting a report from Palmerah Sub-district head that wants us to torn down the pole due to tilted position and almost collapsed," he expressed.

Illegal Billboard Along Jalan Gajah Mada Controlled Soon

In the meantime, Palmerah UPPRD Head, Sigit Paryono explained, the owner has long not been renewing the billboard permit. He added, controlling was done at night to anticipate traffic jam.

"It has been long left and is empty from billboard material," he closed.
