Based on the data of budget absorption period 2013-2017, there are low absorption or 50 percent in the ranks of SKPD/UKPD.

"The related unit will be summoned for further action," he stated.

According to him, low budget absorption in some SKPD/UKPD should be proportional to the percentage of Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) provided. Therefore, at the meeting of the Accountability Report on End of Term Liability (LKPJ AMJ), Wednesday (9/19), his party will invite the Regional Personnel Board (BKD) to know directly how much TKD issued for SKPD/UKPD with low budget absorption.

"If the absorption is 9 percent and TKD is 80 percent, surely it is not fair," he stressed.

Separately, City Secretary Assistant on Governance, Bambang Sugiyono admitted he has agreed to need a deepening of the low budget absorption.

"That's why we will summon them tomorrow to talk this. Likewise with those who have high budget absorption to be an example," he closed.
