Revenue From Recommendation on Management Rights in City Reaches Rp 324 B

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Dept. successfully reaching revenue from recommendation on management rights (HPL) establishment regarding Rural and Former Township Land in Jakarta as much as Rp 324 billion.

During January to August 2017, revenue realization from HPL is Rp 324 billion

Jakarta PMPTSP Dept. Head, Edy Junaedi said, revenue realization can be reached through income calculation from 1,012 issued recommendation.

"During January to August 2017, revenue realization from HPL is Rp 324 billion," he informed, Wednesday (9/27).

According to Edy, that number is increased 109.44 percent from the same period in last year, which is Rp 154.7 billion. HPL proposal is in accordance with Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 217/2016 about Procedures for Giving Recommendation on Application Regarding Rights on the Land Related to Rural and Former Township Land's Management Rights Owned by Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta.

The percentage will be different between acquisition, extension, and renewal of land rights for HGB or rights to use or other rights on HPL land. For business purpose is 5 percent, while for dwelling house is 2.5 percent.  

"Now Jakartans should not hesitate to take care of the recommendation related to HPL proposal," he closed.
