13 Institutions Join Public Service Mall

13 institutions join the Public Service Mall initiated by Jakarta Provincial Government. 

It's been our last month with public service units of central government, regional, BUMN, BUMD and private, delivering excellent public services in Jakarta through the Public Service Mall

The licensing and non-licensing services provided in the program are not only under the local government, but also the central government.

Edy Junaedi Harahap, Head of Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) said the establishment of Public Service Mall is the result of collaboration between the city and the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB).

October 2017, Public Service Mall will Be Inaugurated

"It's been our last month with public service units of central government, regional, BUMN, BUMD and private, delivering excellent public services in Jakarta through the Public Service Mall," he expressed, Monday (10/9).

He mentions those institutions are from Directorate General of Taxation, Directorate of Customs and Excise, Directorate General of Immigration, Directorate General of General Law Administration, Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board, Regional Office of BPN Jakarta and Polda Metro Jaya.

There are also Tax and Levy Board (BPRD), Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept., Jasa Raharja, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and PT PLN Distribution Jakarta Raya.

"We and all service units in the Public Service Mall are ready to serve and provide the best for Jakartans," he stated. 

He added the Public Service Mall will be inaugurated on Tuesday (9/10). Through the service, licensing and non-licensing processing in the capital is hoped to become easier.
