The Kembangan Sub-district's Taxation and Local Retribution Service Unit (UPPRD), West Jakarta, Wednesday (10/18) has installed a signpost for delinquent of Urban and Rural Land and Buildings Tax (PBB-P2) in six locations.

"They have been in arrears for two years, ranging from tens of millions to billions of rupiah," he expressed, Wednesday (10/18).
He stated, four out of six taxpayers who have got signposts have promised to pay off their bill in installments or cash with a total value of Rp 2.2 billion.
"There have been more than 2.2 billion will go into local treasury, if four out of six taxpayers pay off their obligations," he stated.
As for two taxpayers that have got signpost, he explained, his side will continue to actively billing.
"According to the rules, if they have yet to pay the tax, they will get the signpost within 7x24 hours. That's why the active billing will be intensified," he stressed.
Kembangan Sub-district Head, Agus Ramdani fully supports the efforts of tax officials in an effort to collect tax arrears from WP.
"We are ready to assist the collection efforts because of the taxes collected for city development purposes," he closed.
