"It is ongoing positively so far. We hope it can be complete on time," he stated.
He is also targeting the budget absorption this year could hit 87 percent. The amount is higher than last year's absorption that reached only 53 percent.
"Last year we only got 53 percent. This is due to no budget absorption for PON athlete bonus, as regulation did not match the allocated budget," he closed.
