10 RPTRAs Development Proposed in West Jakarta

West Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Sub-dept., has proposed construction of 10 RPTRAs. It will use 2018 APBD to realize them.
According to Taufik, Head of West Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Sub-dept., it is a proposal from the urban village with a budget allocation by Rp 13 billion.

He explained those would be developed on lands belong to Jakarta Provincial Government.
"The types or facilities of these new RPTRAs are the same as other RPTRAs, such as library, park, children's playground, etc," he told.
He added 20 RPTRAs still being built now have reached 95 percent. Even some have been operated, namely Wijayakusuma, Menara, KS Tubun and Manunggal.
