Meanwhile, the representative of contractor, Coky Sihite admitted, the slow work is because the material supply needs process.
"The materials we use are manufactured products. That means its stock is very limited not sold in public. Talk about printing, it's according to the size we ordered, so it takes time and process to get to the location," he said.
