Due to slow performance, the contractor who is responsible on box ducting project on Jalan Lodan Raya, Pademangan was given a warning letter by North Jakarta Bina Marga.

"The contractor has been given a second warning letter in order to make them work faster," said Libertus Sagala, Section Head of Infrastructure Completeness and Utility Network for North Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-dept., Thursday (11/2).

If there is no significant result, the sub-dept. will send third warning. It will greatly affect the termination of the contract

"If it happens, payment of work will be in accordance with the weight of work that has been completed," he asserted.

Meanwhile, the representative of contractor, Coky Sihite admitted, the slow work is because the material supply needs process. 

"The materials we use are manufactured products. That means its stock is very limited not sold in public. Talk about printing, it's according to the size we ordered, so it takes time and process to get to the location," he said.
