Dukcapil Dept. Gives Briefing to 80 C. Jakarta PTSP Personnel

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept. (Dukcapil) gives briefing to 80 Central Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) personnel. This is done to have a same perception in handling Dukcapil documents in PTSP.

PTSP is the front office and Dukcapil is the back office. We need to have a same perception to build a better cooperation

"PTSP is the front office and Dukcapil is the back office. We need to have a same perception to build a better cooperation," said Yadi Rusmayadi, Head Division of Jakarta Dukcapil's Monitoring and Cooperation, at Central Jakarta Mayor Office, Wednesday (11/15).

He added, this socialization gives a better understanding towards rules and tasks. "We have done similar socialization in East Jakarta and now in Central Jakarta. Later on, we will done the same thing in South Jakarta and North Jakarta," he informed.

Meanwhile, Central Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-dept. Head, Remon Mastadian appreciates it and considers this socialization should be held to give a better understanding.

"I hope public service can be better, faster, and proper," he closed.
