I've been waiting since 7 AM, but the doctor is not in the puskesmas. Thus, I was told to go home and come back again tomorrow
A number of patients who want to get treatment in the Cempaka Putih Barat I Community Health Center (Puskesmas), are protesting the service.
This is because a doctor, Rini Dwi Putranti, is rarely in the puskesmas. Moreover, the amount of patients in the puskemas located on Jalan Cempaka Putih Barat XIX is also limited. As a result, many patients cannot be served, even though they already queued from early morning

Because of treatment need, the patients eventually follow the puskesmas' instruction to return and go back to the puskesmas tomorrow. "I came back the next day. But the doctor did not come too, even though I have been waiting until 12 PM," she lamented.
She also told that unpleasant experience has hit her friend. "My friend was told to go home because the amount of patients have reached 10 people. Bizarre. This is weird. Why the patient must be limited?," she exclaimed.
But such statement was directly refuted by Rinta, one of the midwives in Cempaka Putih Barat I Puskesmas . According to her, the puskesmas has never limit patients. "We never limit patients to seek treatment. Definitely, we need additional medical equipment," she stressed.
Regarding doctor who is rarely in the puskesmas, she explained the doctor is attending a meeting invitation. "The doctor is indeed rarely in the office due to always get meeting invitation from Cleanliness Department to represent urban village head," she said.
Head of Central Jakarta Health Sub-Department, Netry Listriani uttered that attendance list of of Head of Cempaka Putih Barat I Puskesmas is very good. It can be proven from absent data conducted by puskesmas head at the level of sub-district.
"I always check the attendance list because we have it. Then Dr. Rini's attendance list is very good. She is not in the office because got meeting invitation and it also should go through me first. So, I know everything," she told.
"I'm pleased if people report this matter, that means they are active. If you want to report, just come to sub-district office or Health Sub-Department on Jalan Salemba, Central Jakarta," she finished.
