The toilet is dirty and smell. I always pinch my nose when entering the toilet. Related unit does not seem to care about the toilet condition

Based on beritajakarta.com observations, six out of nine toilets can still be used, while the other three toilets are broken and utilized as goods storages by street vendors. Those six toilets are located on the west side, Indosat entrance, north side of Monas or precisely in front of the State Palace, and near Jalan Veteran.

Every toilet is guarded by one person whose job is collecting fee from every visitor using the toilet. Besides dirty and smell, many parts of those toilets have perforated. As a result, women are worried that people outside the toilet would have a peek.
