Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, attended in the ceremony of National Civil Defense of Communication Forum of Indonesian Veterans' Children (FKPPI) in Monas Field, Saturday (12/9).

Indonesian unity must be fought for. We must defend

Anies stated, FKPPI is one of the youth organizations that have been actively involved in maintaining the unity and unity of the nation.

"Indonesian unity must be fought for. We must defend," he expressed, after attending the ceremony.

He added FKPPI cadres who are currently spread in every sector are expected to be able to maintain the sovereignty and unity of the nation.

"So FKPPI should be one of the symbols of Indonesian unity," he stated.

Meanwhile, President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo who appeared as ceremonial inspector in the activity hopes, the entire network of organizations to actively encourage the welfare of the people and able to confront the teachings that conflict with the values of Pancasila.
