"To realize the new Jakarta, I want all ranks ranging from urban village until city levels to be more order, discipline, dignified, qualified and useful for citizens especially in North Jakarta," said Effendi, during the Independence Day Ceremony on North Jakarta Mayor office's yard, Monday (8/17).
By working harder, he told, Indonesia could be equal with other countries in the future, considering currently faced with Asean's community economy.
