North Jakarta Mayor, Rustam Effendi instructs the officials ranging from urban village until city levels to work better, be honest and brave for realizing the new Jakarta.

"To realize the new Jakarta, I want all ranks ranging from urban village until city levels to be more order, discipline, dignified, qualified and useful for citizens especially in North Jakarta," said Effendi, during the Independence Day Ceremony on North Jakarta Mayor office's yard, Monday (8/17). 

By working harder, he told, Indonesia could be equal with other countries in the future, considering currently faced with Asean's community economy. 

The ceremony was attended by kinds of elements ranging from National Army/Police, attorney and North Jakarta District Court's elements, Pramuka, FKPPI, Pemuda Pancasila, college students, students, pioneer veterans of independence, Kor pri members, members and caretakers of PKK, Ladies Association (Dharmawanita), citizens element and other stake holders.
