Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, explained Jakarta Provincial Government's vision-mission in Musrenbang's 2017-2022 Mid-Term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD), Wednesday (12/27).

The vision-mission will be realized through a strategy of justice and partisanship oriented to people and interaction space

The meeting opened by Home Minister, Tjahjo Kumolo was attended by Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Minister, Asman Abnur and Financial Minister, Sri Mulyani.

On that occasion, Anies said that the meeting was held to fulfill the constitutional mandate of Article 64 in Home Minister Regulation No. 86/2017 which regulates the RPJMD Musrenbang is implemented at least 75 days after the inauguration of the regional head.

"I hope it can be done through discussion, sharpening, synchronization, and agreement on purpose, targets, target indicator, strategy, program and program performance indicator of each medium-term development mission to realize the vision of the city," he expressed.

He described that the city's vision listed in 2017-2022 RPJMD was to create a city that is advance, sustainable and cultured whose people are involved in realizing civilization, justice and prosperity for all.

Further, it was divided into five missions, that is making Jakarta to be safe, healthy, intelligent, cultured city, by strengthening family values and providing a space of creativity through leadership that involves, mobilizes and humanizes.

Then his party would make the city that promotes general welfare through employment creation, stability and affordability of basic needs, increased social justice, accelerated infrastructure development, ease of investment and business, and improved spatial planning management.

He continued it would be made as a ride for state apparatus that work, serve, and solve various problems of cities and people effectively. Making Jakarta as a sustainable city, with development and living order that strengthens the environmental and social support and makes the city as a dynamic capital as a node of Indonesia's progress that is characterized by justice, nationality and diversity.

"The vision-mission will be realized through a strategy of justice and partisanship oriented to people and interaction spaces, as well as presenting an effective bureaucracy and strengthening of governance," he continued.

In the next five years, his party would encourage various development efforts to realize the Advanced Capital and Happy Citizens.

Another effort is to realize a clean, modern, transparent and accountable government, coupled with a digitalization of assets, in order to get an opinion of BPK on Reasonable Without Exception (WTP) Financial Statements, as well as predicate AA in the Performance Accountability Report of Government Institutions.

To develop the city, there should be a funding source that does not rely on APBD and APBN. However, other funding sources should be developed, such as Government Cooperation and Business Entities (KPBU), as well as the possibility of issuance of Regional Bonds.

As for the information, the meeting itself will be done two days and followed by university leaders, experts, civic organizaions, professional associations, non-governmental organizations, and public figures. The result of Musrenbang will be the final draft bylaw 2017-2022 RPJMD.
