The Cilincing Sub-district Tax and Retribution Service Unit (UPPRD), North Jakarta has successfully absorbed tax by Rp 288,234,927,326 throughout 2017.

"Of the seven types of taxes we collect, there is one that is not up to 100 percent. While the six others have exceeded the target," expressed Muhammad Juhfa, Head of Cilincing Sub-district's UPPRD, Wednesday (1/3).

According to him, tax revenue is only 97.55 percent of the target set at Rp 295,483,551,274. It is because for Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB P2) of the target set at Rp 183.944 billion, only reached Rp 174,318,614,260 or 94.77 percent.

While for the Property Transfer Fees (BPHTB) from the target by Rp 103.842 billion, tax that can be absorbed is Rp 106,065,154,885 or 102.14 percent, Land and Water Tax reaches Rp 135,064,214 or 102.32 percent from target by Rp 132 million, and billboard tax reaches Rp 6,677,623,441 or100.46 percent from the target by Rp 6.647 billion.

There are also hotel tax, it is reaching Rp 471,737,300 or 103.22 percent from the target by 457 million, restaurant tax reaches Rp 307,469,686 or 125.63 percent from the target by Rp 244,744,078, and parking tax reaches Rp 259,263,530 or 119.58 percent from the target by Rp 216,807,196.
