DKI-BUMN Ministry Agreed to Sync Development Program

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan and BUMN Minister, Rini Soemarno, are agreed to sync development program in Jakarta.

BUMN has a strategic role in developing City and we want to continue it

They were agreed to form joint team to synergy program's implementation.

"BUMN has a strategic role in developing City and we want to continue it," he expressed, Wednesday (1/10).

Sandiaga-Rini Talk About Development Progress in Jakarta

In meeting held at City Hall yesterday, they were also discussed about transit oriented development (TOD) construction and slum village arrangement.

"We are planning to have regular meeting. We will form a small team led by Jakarta Secretary," he informed.

Meanwhile Rini explained, her side will support around 220 slum villages arrangement through corporate social responsibility (CSR) and certain program in her institution. Moreover, her side will also support economy development for slum villagers.

Her side also wants to sync TOD construction with Jakarta. She hopes joint corporate from BUMD and BUMN could be built to manage TOD residential thus 35 percent of it could be provided for low-income citizens.

"We will form team and we promise to meet for team presentation next month," she affirmed.
