Jakarta Research Council (DRD) gives five recommendations to Jakarta Provincial Government related to Rp 0 DP Housing Program.
This recommendation is given thus Jakarta Government can implement Rp 0 DP program well
DRD Secretary for Labor, Muhammad Fausal Kahar said Rp 0 DP program is one of Jakarta Government effort to give a chance for low income people to get a house easier and affordable.

His side explained, this program requires regulation, housing arrangement and development program policy, land status, and settlement based on spatial planning.
Then, it also needs financial scheme, programmed areas development pattern, and housing and settlement organizer which does not overlap with SKPD in accordance with Perda and Pergub.
"We convey those five recommendations to support Rp 0 DP program to be completed on time," he expressed.
