286 Burnt Buildings in Krukut Finished Being Recorded

The Taman Sari Regional Tax and Retribution Services (UPPRD) has completed the data collection of hundreds of buildings owned by fire victims in RW 03 Krukut Urban Village.

It is done to follow up Jakarta Governor's Instruction related to the assistance of handling important documents belonging to the fire victims.
Medical Teams and Medicines Prepared to Krukut Fire Victims"From the results of data collection in the field, it is known most of the total 286 buildings belonging to victims is taxpayers (WP) whereby its value of NJOP below Rp 1 billion thus it is not charged under payment a.k.a Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2)," said Andri Kunarso, Head of Taman Sari UPPRD, Friday (2/9).
He stated, Taman Sari UPPRD is also working with urban village heads, RT and RW 03 heads to list hundreds of burning building owners.
"We do data collection one by one thus SIPPT PBB P2 2018 that will be distributed in the second week of March can be adjusted with the name of the owner and address," he expressed.
He admitted most of the burnt buildings in Krukut are unusable. Yet, SIPPT PBB P2 2018 that will be issued later still includes the building area owned by residents.
"The process of updating the PBB P2 data in accordance with the rules is done in early January of each year. Moreover fire disaster in RW 03 Krukut occurred after process of PBB P2 is determined," he told.
Krukut fire victims who have a payment obligation, as NJOP value above Rp 1 billion can apply for reduction in accordance with Gubernatorial Regulation No. 211/2012. Its reduction is given a maximum of 50 percent.
"Fire victims can submit a application letter with a photo of a burnt
building. Further, the tax officer will conduct a survey as a basis for determining the PBB P2 reduction decisions based on the rules," he said.
