Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan received visit from Indonesian Ombudsman and Ombudsman from Jakarta representatives. In that meeting, those sides discussed about cooperation for better public service.

Jakarta Government is committed to give the best public service

"Previously, we met with RI Ombudsman represented by Mr. Ahmad Alamsyah Saragih and Mr. Dominikus Dalu as representative from Jakarta Ombudsman," said Anies at City Hall, Tuesday (2/20).

He stated, Jakarta Provincial Government is ready to cooperate with Ombudsman to follow up public complaints related to public service.

"Jakarta Government is committed to give the best public service. Hopefully, we can give our best in responding public aspirations which are communicated directly or non-directly through Ombudsman," he affirmed.

Meanwhile, RI Ombudsman representative, Ahmad Alamsyah Saragih also conveys to Anies Baswedan regarding Jakarta Ombudsman authority that covers for Bekasi, Depok, and Bogor.

"We hope Jakarta Ombudsman can help in realizing happy Jakartans," he said.
