OK OTrip Lebak Bulus-Pondok Labu Route Able to Serve 23,555 Passengers

An interest in residents of South Jakarta towards OK OTrip service initiated by Jakarta Provincial Government is quite high.

For one month, the number of passengers is reaching 23,555 people

Evidently, when it is trialled for one month, the number of OK OTrip passengers with Lebak Bulus-Pondok Labu route can touch 23,555 people.

Afrinda Tri Wardhani, Section Head of Transportation and Road for South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. disclosed, until now his side continues to evaluate trial of OK OTrip. Based on the results of temporary evaluation, the program is running quite well.

"The number of passengers continues to increase. For one month, the number of passengers is reaching 23,555 people," he expressed, Wednesday (3/21).

In one day, the highest number of passengers is about 1,230 people. That means the service of OK OTrip with Lebak Bulus-Pondok Labu route is increasingly in demand by people.

Nevertheless, there are still some things evaluated in the trial. Among them are additional bus stop points and vehicle quotas, as well as mediate the border transport that tangent to the OK OTrip route.

"Because the initial plan there will be 16 vehicles operated. So far there are only eight units," he stated.
