The 400-meter-long Cengkareng Drain Riverbank, precisely at Jalan Pasar Kemiri, Kembangan, West Jakarta will have a park in the near future.

Kembangan Utara Urban Village Head, Edy Sukarya stated, park development is a form of arrangement that has been agreed by local public figures and representatives of traders.

"We've issued a letter of appeal to ask traders who sell moved from riverbank, due to the arrangement of the park," he told, Thursday (3/22).

With the full support of citizens and local community leaders, Edy is optimistic that the park development on the riverbank can be realized soon.

"Arrangement will be realized together with the ranks of the three pillars and we have coordinated with related units for developing the park," he said.
