40 Kelapa Gading Sub-district residents join new industry entrepreneurship growth training program which is held by North Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Sub-dept. This program is held at sub-district office's hall, Jl. Boulevard Timur. In this training, participants are trained and given material about fashion design.

North Jakarta Mayor, Husein Murad said this training is a part of 7 PAS OK OCE programs. After training, participants will get mentoring.
"It must be structured from the beginning to the end. Experienced instructors will accompany from its material preparation to marketing process," he said, Monday (4/16).
He hopes those participants who are dominated by housewives can continue this training until opening their own business.
Kelapa Gading Sub-district Head, Manson Sinaga mentioned, there are seven steps to form a new entrepreneur. Those are registration, training, permit, assistance, financial management, capital from banks, and marketing.
"Those who are passed this training will get Small Micro Business Permit from sub-district's PTSP after they have met the requirements," he stated.
