Jakarta Vice Governor, Sandiaga Uno wants Beduk Festival finalists to perform in Jakarta Little Tokyo Ennichisai 2018 event that will be held on June 30.

Hopefully there will be many people visit it and opens more job opportunities

Jakarta Little Tokyo Ennichisai is an annual festival that performs various cultural arts and also Japanese and Indonesian culinary as a form of friendship between two countries. This event will be held at Blok M, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

"I want Beduk Festival finalists can perform in that event. Besides, we hope there will be another alternative event locations to perform," he said after meeting with Jakarta Little Tokyo Ennichisai 2018 committee, City Hall, Wednesday (6/6).

He hopes this event will not be only lively, but also can boost economy by inviting entrepreneurs from One Kecamatan One Center for Entrepreneurship (OK OCE).

"This event is always success every year, so I really support it. Hopefully there will be many people visit it and opens more job opportunities," he conveyed.

He added, Jakarta Little Tokyo Ennichisai must be able to promote and socialize Asian Games 2018 by adding more Asian Games ornaments.

"Hopefully Jakarta Little Tokyo Ennichisai 2018 is successful. I want to join and I hope Mr. Governor is also able to attend thus it will be more lively," he added.

For information, this 9th Jakarta Little Tokyo Ennichisai will be held with theme 'Passion' and simbolized with fire bird, Suzaku, which means passion and strong desire. This event is also marking 60 years friendship between Indonesia-Japan.
