- Traffic from Jalan Diponegoro towards Taman Suropati is diverted to the right to Jalan Cik Ditiro. While traffic coming from Jalan HR Rasuna Said towards Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto is diverted to Jalan Latuharhary and so on. As for traffic from Jalan Kendal towards Jalan Cimahi can go straight to Jalan Latuharhary.
- Traffic from Jalan Sutan Syahrir towards Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto or Jalan Teuku Umar is diverted to Jalan Sam Ratulangi as well as Jalan Teuku Umar – Cikini. Then traffic from Jalan MH Thamrin towards Jalan Imam Bonjol as well as Jalan Sumenep must go straight to Jalan Jenderal Sudirman as well as Jalan Blora.
