Vice Jakarta Governor Basuki T Purnama asserted that he will stop monorail project in the capital city if until upcoming August PT Jakarta Monorail (JM) still not submit the cooperation proposal to Jakarta Provincial Government. Even though Jakarta would probably not have monorail, he guarantees Jakartans would not be lacking of mass public transportation. This is because if monorail was really canceled, it will be replaced with Light Rail Transit (LRT).
