Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan visited gas cylinder explosion location in a unit of Grand Wijaya Ruko Complex, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Thursday (7/12) morning.

In that chance, he reminded people to check gas cylinder and its device routinely. It is needed to ensure gas does not leak to avoid explosion as just happened.

"From this incident, we keep reminding people to check their gas cylinders and ensure it is not leaking and damaged," he conveyed on the location, Thursday (7/12).

He is grateful since there is no victim in this incident. For information, this incident is happened around 4.30 AM. If it happened at noon, maybe it can cause victims.

"It is a fatal risk when there is a leakage. Gratefully this incident occurred in morning when there was no office activity thus no victim in this incident," he expressed.

He added, his side entrusted this gas cylinder explosion incident to police. Until now, police line is still fitted with police line.

Further information, explosion was happened in Grand Wijaya Ruko Complex at 4.30 AM. It is caused by leakage on 11-kilogram gas cylinder from a unit of that building.
