Asian Games, Menteng Sub-district Prepares Integrated Teams

During Asian Games, we will stand by in nine points with shifting work system

Menteng Sub-district, Central Jakarta will deploy integrated teams to nine points that will be crossed by Asian Games participating countries' athletes. These teams job is to maintain security, order and cleanliness in those locations.

"During Asian Games, we will stand by in nine points with shifting work system," stated Paris Limbong, Menteng Sub-district Head, Thursday (7/12).

City is Ready to Face Asian Games

According to him, those nine points are Bundaran HI, Dukuh Atas, Sarinah Thamrin, Farmer's Monument intersection, Cikini Station, Gondangdia Station, Sudirman Station, Proklamasi Monument roundabout, and Taman Ismail Marzuki.

Each team consists of 10 PPSU, 4 Satpol PP, and 4 Transportation Sub-dept. personnel. They will start to standby at 6 to 8 AM. Then second shift at 11 AM-01 PM, and third shift at 4-6 PM every day.

"Those locations should be sterilized from PKL, trash, and social order disruption. Thus urban village head needs to coordinate with related institutions to ensure this event runs well and conducive," he affirmed.
