Matraman PTSP Opens Goes to Mall Service

The Matraman Sub-district One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) office, East Jakarta is holding a 'Goes to Mall' service at Gramedia Book Store, Jalan Matraman Raya. By so, people can easily process licensing.

Matraman Sub-district PTSP Unit Head, Tri Saptanti stated it is a form of service for the people.

"Goes to mall service is held to bring services closer to the people. Thus those who are walking to the mall can consult or process licensing," he stated, Saturday (8/11).

In the service, his side prepares a service desk in access to the main lobby. Thus visitors who come can see directly. One AJIB car unit is also alerted to process the licensing submitted by the applicant. Service itself is open from 9 AM-8 PM.

"On the first day, we can serve 50 people. Most of them are consultants who apply for licensing," he told.

Edelstein (39), one of applicants admitted he is happy about the service. He has a business in the form of fast food outlets is in the Gramedia Bookstore area. This opportunity is used to process business license, billboards licensing, and healthy certificate.

"The process is the same and we don't need to go far but just come to the service near our business place," he said.
