249 Personnel Prepared in Seven Asian Games Venues to Maintain Cleanliness

We deploy 249 janitors and volunteers to ensure environment cleanliness in seven venues in East Jakarta

249 janitors and volunteers will standby in seven Asian Games venues in East Jakarta. They will be divided in three work shifts.

East Jakarta LH Dept.'s Hygiene and Hazardous and Toxic Waste Management Section Head, Wahyudi Rudianto stated, they will standby in Padepokan Pencak Silat TMII, Teater Garuda TMII, PB Popki Cibubur, Rawamangun BMX, Velodrome, Baseball and Equestrian venues.

"We deploy 249 janitors and volunteers to ensure environment cleanliness in seven venues in East Jakarta. They work every day from 6.00 AM to 21.00 PM," he informed, Monday (8/20).

There are 199 janitors and 50 volunteers. All of them will clean the area from trash and transport the trash using garbage trucks to Bantar Gebang TPST, Bekasi.

His side also provides 30 trash bin units in Padepokan Pencak Silat venue, six units in PB Popki, six units in Teater Garuda TMII, six units in BMX, six units in Equestrian, four units in Velodrome, and four units in Baseball venue.
