We are troubled with the absence of heavy equipment to transport the sand in sand base stalls on Jalan RE Martadinata
The six sub-districts are Kelapa Gading (on Jalan Jembatan Artha Gading, MOI Bridge, Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, and Jalan Pegangsaan Dua), Penjaringan (Jalan Teluk Gong), Koja (Jalan Lorong 104), Cilincing (Jalan Cilincing Raya and Cakung Cilincing), Tanjung Priok (around Tanjung Priok Terminal), Gorontalo Park, and Jalan RE Martadinata), and Pademangan.
Particularly for the raid on Jalan RE Martadinata, RW 01, Sunter Agung Urban Village, Tanjung Priok Sub-District, it is aborted because the equipment used is not sufficient.
Hundreds of Street Vendors’ Stalls in South Jakarta DemolishedHelmi (31), resident of RT 05/01 Sunter Agung, said that dozens of Satpol PP personnel have arrived in location since 10 AM. However, they only demolished one stall.
“They came in two trucks and one pick-up car. But, there is only one stall demolished,” he told.
Based on beritajakarta.com observations, Jalan RE Martadinata, especially the area across Ancol pump house, is rampant with sand base stalls. At least there are six sand base stalls with sand as high as 1-1.5 meters and as long as 3 meters, piled along the road.
“Indeed, we are troubled with the absence of heavy equipment to transport the sand in sand base stalls on Jalan RE Martadinata. We have coordinated with (North Jakarta) Cleanliness Department to borrow their shovels and truck to transport the sand, but they haven’t arrived yet. Thus, our men manually loaded the sand into two Satpol PP trucks,” stated Head of North Jakarta Satpol PP, Partono.
