A warehouse located in Nusa Indah Warehousing Complex, Kapuk Urban Village, Cengkareng, West Jakarta is controlled on Monday (9/24) by joint personnel from Satpol PP, Police, TNI, and West Jakarta Land Spatial Planning and Build Work (CKTRP) Sub-dept. because it doesn't have building permit (IMB).

West Jakarta Satpol PP's Serenity and Public Order Section Head, Harapan Tambunan mentioned, that warehouse is dismantled to follow up technical recommendation letter from West Jakarta CKTRP Sub-dept.

"Related institution has issued warning letter first before recommendation letter. But the owner didn't heed it thus we decide to dismantle the warehouse," he conveyed.

He said, building owner has signed a statement letter that the owner will propose for its IMB and temporarily stopped the construction process.

"We also remind the residents who want to construct a building to propose building permit first," he stated.
