This Year's PMI Monthly Fund Coupon Launched

North Jakarta Administration, launched the PMI monthly fund coupon in order to reach the target of fund collection amounting to Rp 3 billion.

We collect fund from locals through monthly fund. Hopefully it can hit our target by Rp 3 billion

North Jakarta Vice Mayor, Ali Maulana stated that PMI's activities in disaster management and blood transfusion are legal activities that require budget support and are regulated in the Law.

"We collect fund from locals through monthly fund. Hopefully it can hit our target by Rp 3 billion," he expressed, Wednesday (10/10).

It is hoped that all ranks especially urban village and sub-district heads could encourage people support the month fund voluntarily.

"This coupon is not illegal levies. This is a sincere intention to help people," he asserted.

North Jakarta PMI Chairperson, Sabri Saiman explained that the fund itself will be used to support PMI's operations, activities and programs such as disaster management, social health, organizational and volunteer development, communication and information services, as well as blood transfusion services.

"Last year we missed the target. So, this year's monthly fund must be used as well as possible," he said.
