Land Tax and Rural and Urban Buildings (PBB-P2) realization in Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta passes the target this year. This mid October, it has been realized Rp 201,463,694,998 from total target Rp 199,247,400,000. 

Until now, its realization reaches 101 percent

Cilincing Taxation and Local Retribution Unit (UPPRD) Head, Muhammad Juhfa assessed, this realization amount will continue to increase. Because there are some potential taxpayers who haven't paid off the tax.

"Until now, its realization reaches 101 percent. We are still chasing taxpayers to pay some payment arrears," he said, Friday (10/19).

According to his data, PBB-P2 tax arrears in his area reaches Rp 45 billion. Those taxpayers have committed to settle it in the near future.

He explained, some tax revenues other than PBB-P2 have also exceeded the target such as restaurant and parking taxes.

"Restaurant tax has reached 100 percent, while parking tax has reached 128 percent. We will continue to encourage taxpayers to fulfill their obligations," he affirmed.
