Anies to Attend in Urban 20 Mayors Summit Meeting in Argentina

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan is scheduled to attend the Urban 20 Mayors Summit meeting that is part of a meeting of major countries that are members of the G20 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

According to Anies, his departure towards Argentina will be carried out on Saturday (10/27) and return to Jakarta on Thursday (11/1).

"This is a meeting of leaders of big cities that are members of the G20," he expressed, after he attended The 5th Asian Mediation Association Conference, in one of hotels in Tanah Abang area, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (10/24).

As long as he is in Argentina, City Secretary, Saefullah will be Acting Jakarta Governor.

In the meantime, Jakarta Gubernatorial and Foreign Affairs Bureau Head, Muhammad Mawardi expressed that the governor was scheduled to deliver a speech in front of other big city leaders who are members of the G20.

"Mr. governor will share experiences in building a city through villages to avoid inequality," he stated.
