Retention basin dredging process on Jalan AUP, RT 06/10, Pasar Minggu Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, South Jakarta, has reached 85 percent. Sedimentation on retention basin is dredged to add its capacity.
Pasar Minggu SDA Unit Head, Chairul Anwar said, this retention basin holds water in four RWs from two urban villages, which are RW 10, 02, and 09 of Pasar Minggu Urban Village, and RW 6 of Jatipadang Urban Village, Pasar Minggu.

Pasar Minggu SDA Unit's Field Coordinator, Didi Supriadi stated, dredging is done since January. It takes a long time to dredge it since his side needs to do it manually.
"Heavy equipment can enter the location, so we need to dredge it manually. There are 8-10 Pasar Minggu SDA personnel who dredge the mud every day," he conveyed.
According to him, dredging process now reaches 85 percent and it is targeted to finish by mid of December. "We transport the mud to mud disposal site in Jagakarsa," he added.
