This Year, City to Hold Job Fair Three Times

This year, Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration (Nakertrans) Department will hold job fair more often. Last year, each sub-department held twice job fairs in a year.

"We will hold job fair three times this year," mentioned Jakarta Nakertrans Department Head, Andri Yansyah, Saturday (1/19).

He wants all sub-department's heads to cooperate with mayor, sub-districts and companies to determine the strategic locations for this events.

"It can be done in shopping center, office building, mayor office, or places that have easy transportation access. We will evaluate it later," he expressed.

His side will socialize this job fair using social media, pamphlet, and banner.

"Usually, job fair is held for three days. Our main purpose is to reduce unemployment rate by facilitating companies and job seekers to meet," he explained.
