This Year, LH Department to Procure 10 Garbage Boats

Jakarta Environment (LH) Department is about to procure 10 new garbage boats in 2019. These boats are needed to optimize LH Department's work to clean Thousand Islands.

Our budget for garbage boat procurement is Rp 15.7 billion

Jakarta LH Department's Procurement Section Head, Dedy Setiono conveyed that his side is preparing for garbage boats procurement.

"Our budget for garbage boat procurement is Rp 15.7 billion. Currently, we are still coordinating with Government Guards and Security Teams and Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office's Regional Development," he mentioned, Wednesday (3/6).

Meanwhile, according to Thousand Islands LH Sub-department Head, Yusen Hardiman , there are 13 existing garbage boats in Thousand Islands. Those boats will enter dry-docking or maintenance period soon.
