Komarudin Flat, Cakung, East Jakarta, is starting to be cleaned before the residents living on the bank of Mampang River, South Jakarta, relocated there. The river itself is currently being normalized.

“We’re cleaning the units for the residents who will be relocated here. Some of the units are dirty because they have not been occupied for a long time. There are four janitors deployed. We don’t know when the residents would be relocated, but we’re ready to accommodate them,” stated Head of Jakarta Regional III Flat Management Unit, Sayid Ali, Tuesday (8/19).
For information, there are 180 units in Komarudin Flat which have not been occupied. That amount consists of 100 units in Block III and 80 units in Block 6. According to the plan, Mampang River residents would be put in Block 6 and the rest in Block 3.
