A retention pond or locally known as kolam olakan is planned to be built at Jalan Bukit Gading Raya (BGR), Kelapa Gading Barat Urban Village, Kelapa Gading in the near future.

Inundation-control Projects in Kelapa Gading IntensifiedThe pond along Jalan Bukit Gading Raya will be made on the west ad east parts of the street and the other one will be on the west side of the south end of the street.
Even portable pump will be placed in each location when it rains.
Each pond has sizes between 2x1 to 2x3 meters with two meters depth.
"It is targeted to be completed within a week ahead," he said.
