In order to make Sate Gepuk, she needs ingredients such as birdeye chillies, red chilies, shallots, candlenut, ginger, stew seasoning, grated coconut, and fresh mackerel tuna.
"I usually cook 10-25 kilograms of mackerel tuna every day. It can be consumed daily or even for parties," she explained.
She goes around Panggang Island and Pramuka Island to sell Sate Gepuk together with her children using a cart.
"The small one costs Rp 5 thousand and Rp 10 thousand for medium size. Customer can also order jumbo size or 1 kg of Sate Gepuk with price Rp 75 thousand," she added.
