Jaga Utara Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), Sebira Island, Harapan Island Urban Village, North Thousand Islands, utilizes vacant land to make the area greener.

"We plant trees in our RPTRA, especially near the gate thus it looks cool and shady. Then we also put hydroponic plants and medicinal plants," said Lisdayanti, Jaga Utara RPTRA Administrator, Wednesday (4/17).

Her side chooses trees such as moringa tree, guava tree, breadfruit tree which are shady to cool the area from heat and sea breeze since this RPTRA is located near port.

"We plant hydroponic and medicinal plants in front of RPTRA administrator office and entrance gate to beautify the building," she conveyed.

According to her, Jaga Utara RPTRA is always crowded by children who visit to play especially after school. On weekdays, there are at least 50 visitors who come to this place.
