Preparing Homecoming, Kampung Rambutan Terminal to Be Rearranged

Kampung Rambutan Terminal, East Jakarta, is rearranged to prepare the terminal for Eid homecoming period this year. It will be focus on adding traffic signs and circuit close televisions (CCTV)s on the arrival lanes.

We want to make them more comfort and safe

Rambutan Terminal Head, Thofik Winanto stated, his side will install three zebra crosses, bus stop signs in inter-city inter-province (AKAP) bus area, 100 meters BRC or galvanized fence, and 10 CCTVs.  

"We already have 8 CCTVs. Now we want to add 10 more CCTVs in several spots," he said, Monday (4/18).

Kampung Rambutan Has Departed 40,758 Passengers

10 new CCTVs will be placed in platform area, arrival lanes, entrance and exit gates, and waiting room. Other 8 existing CCTVs are located in waiting room, arrival lanes for West Java, Central Java, Sumatera routes, and other spots.

Besides rearranging the terminal, his side will also deploy some personnel in monitoring posts to help AKAP bus passengers who have arrived to ride another transport to reach their destinations.

"We want to make them more comfort and safe. So, we need some rearrangements in terminal," he stated.
