Ahead of Eid, the demand for animal slaughtering is increasing in nine slaughterhouses (RPH) spread across Jakarta.

Animal Health and Livestock Service Center Head, Renova Ida said that today, Tuesday (6/4) is the last day to serve animal slaughtering and will open again on June 7.

Health Service During Eid Holiday Opens for 24 HoursAhead of Eid, her side can slaughter 60,000-65,000 cows compared to regular day with 40,000-45,000 cows.
Related to this matter, around 30 officers have been alerted to conduct health monitoring in such slaughterhouses.
"Its monitoring includes animal health checks, sanitation implementation, and hygiene in the slaughtering process to ensure safe and healthy and halal of the meat production," she told.
