He informed that Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Department is ready to serve newcomers who want to take care of their population documents.

"Both permanent and non-permanent population have rights to get their population documents," he mentioned.

"It is done to make sure population registration in Jakarta can run optimally," he conveyed.
