"We do this to welcome the city's anniversary," expressed Ujung Menteng UP PKB Service Coordinator, Tiyana Brotoadi, Wednesday (6/19).
To make them more beautiful, the park section is decorated with borders using bottles of used mineral water painted in color.
"We'll also make a traffic education park in the future," he stated.
