One of Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Department's applications named Si Mas Gesit that stands for Electronic Information-Based Population Administration Management System is awarded as the Top 99 Public Service Innovation 2019.

This award is given by Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, Syafruddin to Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah, in Semarang, Central Java, on Thursday (7/18) night.This August, Central Jakarta to Provide KIA and Birth Certificate Administration Service in Schools
Jakarta Dukcapil Department Head, Dhany Sukma explained, this application is made to facilitate people who want to apply for population document issuance such as Electronic Identity Card (e-KTP), Children Identity Card (KIA), Family Card (KK), moving house notification letter (between Jakarta regions or from Jakarta to other regions and vice versa).
"We appreciate this achievement and hopefully it can encourage us to create other useful innovations," he expressed, Monday (7/22).
Initially, it is a collaboration work between Urban Village Dukcapil Unit Head and local community to support population and civil registration document administrative service
"Now, Dukcapil service has been integrated with other regional devices through information and technology-based system," he added.
According to him, Si Mas Gesit has been applied in Cipedak and Tanjung Barat Urban Villages. Currently, his side continues to re-apply it in Pondok Pinang and Rawa Buaya Urban Villages.
"Continuous innovation should be done in all sector, from urban village level to department level," he added.
